What We Provide
Training
Heritage provides all of the training needed for volunteers to run 30 minute worship services, as well as ongoing trainings to help volunteers better minister to and alongside of care facility residents. Trainings include:

Instructional videos and tutorials on running weekly worship services, including how to lead music, preach, and engage with residents.

Training modules on effective preaching, community engagement, navigating the medical system, and more.
Resources
Heritage Mission provides the pastoral and practical resources to enable volunteers to quickly, easily, and effectively start worship services. Resources include:

A large database of fully written sermons tailored to care facility residents.

Marketing materials.
-
Templates for printing bulletins and programs.
-
Hymn database, chord sheets, and audio recordings for singing along.
Coaching
Heritage Mission provides quarterly coaching calls, where leaders can share their joys and struggles, receive ongoing training, and access a growing resource database of materials to aid them in ministering effective to and alongside care facility residents.
Our goal is to help produce highly professional and skilled volunteers to minister alongside of residents.
At No Cost
Heritage is funded principally through individual donations, enabling volunteers to receive our services at no cost. Partnering churches are welcome to financially support Heritage, however our services are always free to those who cannot afford.
